Boarding Camps
FOUNDATIONAL boarding camp
For dogs 6 months and older, this program focuses on establishing solid obedience and manners.

7-12 DAYS
Your dog will learn to regulate its energy and build impulse control while practicing reliable behaviors like heeling on leash and maintaining focus in distracting environments. We also provide opportunities for socialization with our balanced pack.

Our most popular program, the Advanced Camp, builds on the Foundation Program with off-leash training.

2-3 WEEKS
If you want a dog that listens reliably both on and off-leash, this is the ideal choice. In addition to mastering important life skills like impulse control and having an “off switch,” dogs will also address minor behavioral issues, such as reactivity, shyness, and resource guarding.
This comprehensive program typically lasts 2-3 weeks and includes:

**At this time, we are not taking any serious behavior issues. We are happy to speak on the phone to see if your dog qualifies for our program and will refer you to a trusted trainer if we feel we are not a good fit for your needs.

Why We Do What We Do
If you need a dog trainer Shelby at Confident K9 is the one! We lost our 14 year old dog last March. We decided a new puppy would help so we got Millie! Well we forgot how much work puppies can be and then we found Shelby. We wanted a dog that was obedient but can still be a dog and that’s exactly what we got. She set up a training plan and did our in home training then taught us( which was actually the more challenging part for her! Haha).
